Ski & Board Strength Program

Get strong for all your winter activities

A whole body strength circuit based class to help strengthen muscles used most in skiing and snowboarding. Classes are 1 hour and include warm-up, circuit style exercises, and cool-down stretches.

$25 per class (GST included)
6 classes for $120 (GST included)
10 classes for $180 (GST included)

Date & Time:
Tuesdays @ 7PM
Saturdays @ 9AM

Open to all abilities and fitness levels
