Physiotherapist Jason Luce pursues a holistic approach to physical therapy by combining manual therapy with prescribed exercises. He has a wide variety of experience treating a range of individuals from athletes to clients with neurological disorders, COPD, brain injuries, and Parkinson’s. He strives to help every client achieve their optimal function in order to reach their goals.

Jason has extensive clinical experience at many clinics and hospitals, including the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver General Hospital, and Lions Gate Hospital. While practicing at a sports clinic in Kelowna, He worked with the Okanagan Sun of the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL). Dedicated to helping athletes of all abilities, Jason has also spent several years volunteering as a basketball coach and running coach for Special Olympics BC.

Jason grew up in Calgary competing in many sports, including slalom skiing, basketball and volleyball, but it was his love of baseball that led him to Vancouver. The UBC Thunderbirds varsity baseball team recruited him to play for them. At UBC he completed a Bachelors of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics and then earned his Masters of Physical Therapy. He has completed the Kinetacore Dry Needling course and is able to treat using intramuscular stimulation (IMS).

Jason is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia. He is also a certified K-Taping Pro Therapist. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball and tennis and hiking BC’s beautiful trails. He is committed to helping the North Shore community stay active and healthy.
